Cost varies by order weight & delivery location.
UPS services are guaranteed delivery based on number of business days (Monday to Friday), not counting the day the item ships or any weekend days or holidays. Bold Commerce, Inc. is not responsible for delays in delivery caused after your shipment is received by UPS. We are not able to guarantee the ship date of orders at this time.
Customers requiring Next Day or Saturday delivery must contact Customer Service at 1-847-386-8050(Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm CST) due to limited service availability by UPS.
Important Note: All goods shipped to Canada are liable to broker fees, customs duty and Value Added tax on importation. A refused order retains liable fees, duties and taxes and those amounts are not refundable. Orders shipping to Canada require additional processing time due to customs documentation requirements.

Most orders will ship within 4 business days. If there will be any delay in shipping your order, you will be notified by email or by phone.
Delivery via UPS Ground varies from 1-6 business days depending on your location.

You will receive an email notification with your order tracking number after your order has been shipped. The email usually arrives by the 5th business day after you placed your order.
