SHIPPING COSTS
UPS Services Available
United States - Ground, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Select
Canada - Ground, Worldwide Expedited, or Express
Cost varies by order weight & delivery location.
UPS and FedEx services are guaranteed delivery based on number of business days (Monday to Friday), not counting the day the item ships or any weekend days or holidays. Bold Commerce, Inc. is not responsible for delays in delivery caused after your shipment is received by UPS or FedEx. We are not able to guarantee the ship date of orders.
Important Note: All goods shipped to Canada are subject to broker fees, duty, and Value Added tax on importation. A refused order is still subject to these fees, duties, and taxes, so those amounts are not refundable. Orders shipping to Canada require additional processing time due to customs documentation requirements.
If you choose Ground Shipping to Canada, it is very likely that you will receive a bill directly from the shipping company for the importation fees discussed above. Razor and Bold Commerce are not liable for these fees, and are your responsibility to pay. If you choose an expedited shipping method, the importation fees are included.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery Information
Most orders will ship within 5 business days. If there will be any delay in shipping your order, you will be notified by email or by phone.
Delivery via UPS or FedEx Ground varies from 1-6 business days depending on your location.
You will receive an email notification with your order tracking number after your order has been shipped. The email usually arrives by the 5th business day after you placed your order.
We are not able go guarantee a shipment or delivery date. If your order is time sensitive please contact Customer Service.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Due to Canadaian export restrictions, items with motors over 100 watts cannot be shipped to Canada.
