Sales Tax
Sales tax in the amount of 10% will be applicable to all Illinois orders (orders being shipped to an address in Illinois). Customers in Illinois who are tax exempt must order directly with Customer Service and provide proof of sales tax exemption by fax or email prior to placing their order.

We now accept PayPal™ for order payment. Use your existing PayPal™ account by selecting that option in the checkout screen.
Credit Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Optima. Bank "check cards" are also accepted.
All orders must be pre-paid. Your credit card or PayPal™ account will be charged at the time you place the order. Order shipment varies depending on product availability. Please refer to the Shipping information page for more information.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are delivered via email to recipients using a secure encrypted redemption code. No paper is involved. We recommend that you treat your gift certificate code as cash, as it can't be replaced if lost or deleted. Gift certificates must be redeemed within 90 days from issue. Gift certificates and items purchased with gift certificates are non-refundable. Items can be exchanged for an item(s) of same value.
To redeem a CoolScooter2.com gift certificate, add the items you want to your shopping cart. At checkout time simply enter your gift certificate code in the appropriate box. Make sure that you enter the complete code, starting with the "@" sign.
If you've received more than one gift certificate, you can enter all the codes separated by commas. If the amount of the gift certificate covers the cost of your order, you don't need to enter your credit card information. However, if the gift certificate amount doesn't cover your entire order, you will be required to pay the remaining balance by credit card. If you have a remaining balance available on your gift certificate the unused credit amount will be displayed on the check out page during your transaction.
