You can order online 24 hours-a-day online or by phone at 1-847-279-7513 (Monday to Friday 7am to 11pm CST and Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 8pm CST).
When will my order ship?
Most orders leave the warehouse within 2-5 business days from the date they are placed.

Do you have a physical store in addition to the website store?
No, we are a web-based business only.
Is there tax on the items I purchase from CoolScooters2?
There is no sales tax on items purchase from our store unless you live in Illinois (we are an Illinois-based business).
Why can't I order some items on your site?
Items that cannot be shipped immediately cannot be ordered (the button to put the item in your shopping cart will not be available). Once the item is available again, the button to add the item to the cart will be available.
How current is the product availablity information on your site?
We get a report every Monday from Razor with product availability information. Our site is updated the same day.
Do you have products available that other stores don't?
Maybe. We have the full line of Razor products available unless an item is restricted by a license with a certain retailer (those are very rare). We may have products available to us that the larger big box retailers don't have because Razor sets inventory aside for companies that use a drop ship model like ours.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation with the UPS or FedEx tracking number which you can track by visiting www.ups.com. or FedEx.com
How long will it take UPS or FedEx to deliver my order?
Delivery by UPS or FedEx Ground/Standard varies by location, usually taking between 2 to 6 business days after it leaves the warehouse. Ground/Standard delivery is made on weekdays, and excludes weekends and holiday.

What happens if my scooter or accessory is defective?
If there is a problem with the product when you receive it, give us a call at CoolScooter2 and we will work with Razor to help you get the item returned and replaced. For any problems with the products later on, you should contact Razor directly at www.razor.com. They can provide you warranty information and help you locate a Razor Repair Center in your area.
Can I return an item if I made a mistake or changed my mind after the order was processed?
All returns must be authorized by Customer Service. Returns will only be authorized for any unopened/unused items in original packaging and new condition within 7 days from the order delivery date. A 25% restocking fee is applicable, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Credit for the eligible refund can be applied to another item or will be returned to the credit card used to place the order once the item is received.
Important Note: All goods shipped to Canada are subject to broker fees, customs duty and Value Added Tax upon importation. A refused or returned order retains broker fees, duties, and taxes, and those amounts are not refundable.

Can my razor electric product be over charged?
Razor supplied chargers are designed to avoid over-charging a battery. However it is recommended that you always unplug a charger after the unit is fully charged, to avoid the possibility of unanticipated circumstances such as an unexpected power surge from a lightning strike or other power line anomaly that could potentially cause damage. Always use genuine Razor brand replacement chargers.
Should my Razor electric product be turned on or off when charging?
Your Razor electric product will charge regardless of the position (on or off) of the power button.
If I do tricks on my razor product, does that affect my warranty?
It certainly could. The warranty is meant to cover the product for normal wear and tear. If you decide to use your product in a way that puts extraordinary stresses on the product, you will lose any warranty rights if the product fails due to misuse.
